We Work With You
Our approach begins with a clear understanding of your needs, followed by a preliminary concept and a detailed quote. Once terms are agreed upon, we produce a detailed drawing for approval.
This drawing ensures alignment with the client on the final deliverable and its specific features. Once the design is finalized, Mitral moves into production mode to build your custom system.
quality control
To ensure the highest quality standards, we develop a detailed production schedule and share it with the client. Multiple hold points can be integrated into the schedule to allow inspections at key stages, making sure the system meets your expectations.
Before moving forward, we issue a certificate of conformity along with a complete inspection checklist.
Delivery & Support
Once your system is delivered, Mitral provides training, documentation, and manuals to ensure optimal maintenance of your equipment. If needed, we can also assist with system commissioning.
